Once Stipends are funded, CCID proposes to create an on-line business community that will merge our Members with Internet technical expertise, with our pool of unskilled, disabled and disadvantaged Members.

Our unemployed computer tech and unemployed Internet technology trained Members will work, through mentoring, to produce an accomplished, employed, on-line Membership as an alternative to traditional employment.
